Aleks has spent over three decades leading organizations in the UK, Europe, Asia, and the USA. He's worked with individuals, specialist teams, start-ups, high-growth ventures, and large corporations. Aleks says he has the ‘battle scars’ from his journey, and that, unquestionably, what he has done has shaped how he thinks and goes about his life.
Today, he seems happiest when working ‘elbows deep’ alongside individuals and inside talented teams, collaborating on complex challenges to help each embrace opportunities.
Aleks has been a Coach, Instructor, Trainer, and Mentor for as long as he can remember. Today, he is a Certified Business Coach, Certified Mental Coach, and RSPA Elite Pro Level 3 Tennis Coach, helping adult athletes.
